This book is not just read, it’s felt. With stunning, visceral poetry, it explores the profound disconnect of trauma and the fragile, fierce act of reclaiming your own body. It’s about what’s lost, what’s carried, and the raw, radiant work of stitching yourself whole again.

For anyone who’s ever felt exiled from their skin, by pain, fear, or survival, this book is a map and a companion. Deeply moving and impossible to forget. A masterpiece.

blending the lyrical with the philosophical, the book offers a haunting and thought-provoking examination of mortality, agency, and the gestures of letting go, marking it as a powerful contribution to contemporary literary explorations of the human body and its afterlives.
